The cake itself wasn’t bad and the 3 star honestly should go to Gambinos itself. I can only assume that during the shipping process they aren’t to worried about packages so when we received it, the whole king cake had slid and smashed down to one end messing the whole cake and filling inside the cake up. The box was wet from what I assume was the filling being pushed around. We have never had issues before with Gambinos and I will continue to order from y’all because it’s my favorite. But was kind of sad how it arrived.

I had a shipping delay with my order and Joe Gambino's support team was very responsive and went above and beyond to handle the issue.
