1. ELIGIBILITY: The Gambino’s “Trip to New Orleans” Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Gambino’s, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. GAMBINO’S: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Joe Gambino’s Bakery, LLC, located at 4821 Veterans Blvd., Metairie, LA 70006 (“Gambino’s”).

3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, the Entrant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of the Gambino’s as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Sweepstakes.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Entries will be accepted online starting on ________________, 2026 at 12:00 AM CST and ending on ___________________, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST (the “Promotion Period”). All online entries must be received within the Promotion Period.

5. HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may enter via the following methods:

Method A (Purchase): Automatically earn entries by purchasing items at www.gambinos.com. You will receive ten (10) entries for every $10.00 USD spent on eligible products (excluding tax and shipping). For example, a purchase of $50.00 will earn fifty (50) entries. If a purchase is returned, the associated entries will be voided.

Method B (Free Alternate Method of Entry): To enter without making a purchase, visit www.gambinos.com and complete the online entry form with your full name, email address, and mailing address. Each valid submission of the form will grant you ten (10) entries into the Sweepstakes.

Limits: There is no limit to the number of entries an individual may earn]. All entries, regardless of method, have an equal chance of winning.

6. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip package to New Orleans, Louisiana, which includes:

(a)        Round-trip coach airfare for two (2) people to New Orleans (up to $______________value);

(b)       Hotel accommodations for ______ nights (standard room, double occupancy); and

(c)        A Visa Gift Card in the amount of $________________ for spending money.

Approximate Retail Value of the total prize package is $_________________. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Gambino’s. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Gambino’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable. All prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure or a sibling/child of the winner, and must travel on the same itinerary as the winner. Travel companion must sign and return a travel release before any ticketing of travel occurs. Winner and travel companion are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents. Gambino’s is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, or other transportation companies.

7. ODDS: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

8. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of the Gambino’s on or about _____________________, 2026.  The winner will be notified by email within three (3) days following the selection of the Winner. Gambino’s shall have no liability for winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within _____ days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

9. PUBLICITY: By accepting the prize, You agree to permit Gambino’s and its agencies to use Your name, likeness, voice, and/or biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Gambino’s reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Gambino’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. Gambino’s reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes. Gambino’s is not responsible if the Sweepstakes cannot take place or if the Prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays, or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, or terrorism. In the event of such a cancellation, Gambino’s reserves the right to provide a cash alternative or a prize of equal or greater value. Gambino’s is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of the prize.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Gambino’s and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, or any other social media platform. You understand that you are providing your information to the Gambino’s and not to these platforms.

12. TAXES: The value of the prize will be treated as income to the winner and the winner will be responsible for all applicable taxes. The winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the value of the prize if the value exceeds $600.

13. DISPUTES: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF LOUISIANA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses.  Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

16. SEVERABILITY: If any provision of these Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Rules, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
