Q: Can I select a future delivery date?
Yes. At Checkout, you will be able to choose your desired shipping date and delivery service.
Q: What are your customer service hours?
We offer 24/7/365 service by contacting email@example.com (although sometimes we sleep from 12-6). We offer service by phone Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm CST. If you have a custom cake question, feel free to call the store nearest you.
Q: Are your products made in a facility that processes nuts?
Yes. Some items have nuts in them, and all items are processed in a facility that processes nuts.
Q: When is my cake made for my shipping order?
We bake all of our cakes to order. Once you place your order, we begin making your cake to ensure freshness.
Q: How do you ship cakes and keep them ready for a party?
We bake all of our cakes fresh to order. King cakes, pies, kringle cakes and cookies cakes are shipped fresh. We flash freeze all other cakes to lock in the quality and ensure safe transit for the cakes. We then ship our cakes with dry ice so the cake stays frozen. The ice does not last forever, so customer must make sure to be available on the day of delivery.
Q: Will my cake have the exact same decorative icing touches in the pictures?
Many times your cake will have those touches, but we sometimes change these based on the seasons or styles.
Q: Can you customize my cake with writing in icing?
Due to the Fedex shipping process, we do not offer writing on the cake due to possible damage.
Q: Do you ship to PO & APO boxes?
Fedex does not currently offer shipments to PO boxes. For our men and women in uniform, we will ensure they get a taste of home no matter where they are. Please call us to place these orders.
Q: What is your return/refund policy?
We strive to ensure you have a great cake every time. Sometimes a cake may have slight bumps and nicks from the Fedex Shipping, this is normal and to be expected. If we make a mistake by shipping you the wrong item and shipping a cake that is excessively damaged, then we will gladly return or refund your purchase. If any mistakes are made by you at the time of order and not corrected, then we cannot issue returns or refunds based on incorrect info given to us. If Fedex delivery is attempted on the day requested, and the customer is not available to receive; then Gambino’s is not responsible for damage caused by shipping delays. However, we will always try to take care of our customers so that everyone is happy!
WEATHER DELAYS: The weather is something out of all of our control. We always want our customers to be happy and be able to enjoy delicious Gambino’s Treats. We are not responsible for weather related delays and issues, but we will always do our best to help you out.
