Yes. Some items have nuts in them, and all items are processed in a facility that processes nuts.

We bake all of our cakes to order. Once you place your order, we begin making your cake based on the delivery or pickup date you have selected to ensure freshness.

We bake all of our cakes fresh to order. King cakes, bread, and celebration cakes are shipped fresh. We flash freeze all other cakes to lock in the quality and ensure safe transit for the cakes. We then ship our celebration cakes with dry ice so the cake stays frozen. The ice does not last forever, so the recipient must make sure to be available on the day of delivery. King cakes are not shipped with dry ice.

Many times your cake will have those touches, but decorations may slightly vary in design and style.

• Thaw in the refrigerator overnight for best results.
• If you’re short on time, let it sit on the counter for 1–2 hours before serving.

While nuts are not a primary ingredient in our standard Doberge cakes, our bakery is not nut-free. All cakes contain eggs, dairy, soy, wheat (gluten), and may contain traces of tree nuts or peanuts due to shared equipment.
