Is the cake fresh when it arrives?

Absolutely. Every cake is freshly baked to order, flash-frozen, and shipped with dry ice to preserve quality. It arrives chilled and ready to thaw and serve.

How do I store the cake?

If enjoying right away: Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

For later: Store in the freezer for up to 6 months.

Pro tip: Let it sit at room temperature for ~1 hour before serving for the perfect texture.

How do I thaw the cake before serving?

Thaw in the refrigerator overnight for best results.

If you’re short on time, let it sit on the counter for 1–2 hours before serving.

While nuts are not a primary ingredient in our standard Doberge cakes, our bakery is not nut-free. All cakes contain eggs, dairy, soy, wheat (gluten), and may contain traces of tree nuts or peanuts due to shared equipment.
