UPDATE – A customer service representative responded to my email and the order has been refunded. I appreciate their courteousness and responsiveness, and rating has been updated to reflect that.

I ordered a king cake for my husband’s birthday, and it arrived ruined. Now I have no cake for him, and there is only voicemail when I call. This king cake was the only thing my husband requested for his big day. Extremely frustrated and disappointed.

Have stopped here when in town for years. King cakes are amazing. We ship them every year. Also love their small cakes. You will find a nice selection. It’s fresh and always good
