We have used this bakery several times for special occasions when we have gone home. I love this bakery.
My twin sister and I would get a half chocolate/half lemon doberge for our birthday, until I brought a brownie cake .

Having grown up in Louisiana during my early years, ordering a King Cake for Mardi Gras was just a normal tradition. Once I relocated, I missed having King Cake every Mardi Gras. I began ordering one each year, and then I began to order one for my birthday as well. Not wanting to share, I started ordering two cakes each year for my birthday – one just for me, and the second one for my guests. That’s just how much I enjoy Gambino’s King Cakes! I even order the Kringle King Cake for Christmas.
My favorite Freshman college birthday present was a Gambino‘s Doberge cake. My goal each year Is to return to New Orleans for the Jazz Fest & pick up a birthday Cake on my way to the airport.
We live in Texas and this year was te 2nd time we ordered ypur famous King cake. We just loved it. Can’t wait to try some of their other speciality cakes.
