UPDATE – A customer service representative responded to my email and the order has been refunded. I appreciate their courteousness and responsiveness, and rating has been updated to reflect that.

I ordered a king cake for my husband’s birthday, and it arrived ruined. Now I have no cake for him, and there is only voicemail when I call. This king cake was the only thing my husband requested for his big day. Extremely frustrated and disappointed.
