Each King Cake and each Doberge cake serves 12–15 people. A King Cake 6-Pack serves 72–90. For meetings and receptions, our petit fours come 48 to a box and Doberge squares come 32 to a box.
A New Orleans original: six layers of buttermilk cake with our handmade custard, buttercream, and a layer of poured icing. Beulah Ledner created it, and in 1946 Joe Gambino bought her bakery and her recipe. Choose chocolate, lemon, caramel, or a half & half.
King Cakes ship fresh. Doberge cakes ship frozen on dry ice, so choose a delivery day when someone will be there to receive the box. You pick your delivery date in the cart, and shipping is calculated at checkout.

Carnival season runs through Mardi Gras day on February 9, 2027, and it's our busiest time of year. We recommend placing office and gifting orders a few weeks ahead so you get the ship dates you want.
